Hillstone Restuarant Group had spent a number of years refining their cocktail program and wanted to create a book to celebrate that passion. I collected the recipes and working closely with beverage manager Randy Evans, traveled to many of the restaurants to photograph the cocktails and bartenders.
Each recipe includes ingredients, clear directions, and some background information on its history or importance to the Hillstone program.
