Balboa Surf Club is a sophisticated restaurant in Houston, Texas specializing in Pacific seafood. It features a welcoming atmosphere that evokes the breezy seaside, with modern architecture, and lush plantings throughout.
Early sketches explored a variety of approaches from elegant and classical to unexpected and whimsical. Ultimately we decided on a signature script font that complemented the upscale west-coast style of the interiors.
